Board of Directors
The ABANA Board of Directors and its committees meet regularly to conduct the affairs of the association. Each year, ABANA members elect approximately one-third of the board of twenty directors. New board members are announced at the annual meeting, which is held in New York City every January and is open to all individual, institutional and honorary members. The board in turn elects its officers, including the President, Vice Presidents, Treasurer, and Secretary.
